Michael L. Goldberg, President & Director

With an extensive business and legal background spanning more than 30 years, Michael L. Goldberg is responsible for the strategic vision and direction of the company. A lawyer by trade, Mr. Goldberg brings unique insight into criminal behavior and security procedures. He began his career in the US Attorney's Office (Criminal Division) in Washington, DC, and later served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, PA in the Narcotics, Major Trial and Homicide Divisions. He then spent more than a decade in private legal practice in Philadelphia. Most recently, Mr. Goldberg spent 17 years as the Chairman, CEO and one-time President of RX Medical Services, a medical company that owned and operated small rural hospitals, clinical laboratories and MRI/CT centers across the US. He has served on the boards and as a member of audit and compensation committees for a number of public companies, and is also the Managing Director of Monarch Capital LLC, a private company that consults to both private and public companies. Mr. Goldberg holds a BA from Pennsylvania State University and graduated as an Asper Fellow from the University of Maryland Law School.

Henry Shabat, Chief Operating Officer

Since June 2002, Henry Shabat has provided consulting and managerial services primarily related to the homeland security field, including development and manufacturing of wireless communications and aeronautical systems, police & security encrypted communication systems and border control systems.

Gil Stiss, Chief Technology Officer & Director

Gil Stiss founded IDO Security in 2002, and continues to serve as the visionary behind the company’s technical development and direction. He has nearly 40 years of business experience spanning the military, aviation, medical and engineering industries. Prior to launching IDO Security, Mr. Stiss founded and continues to own Shikumit LTD, which imports and manufactures specialty medical products including wheelchairs and equipment for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and sensor stimulus. The company also provides repair and maintenance services to the Israeli Defense Industry. Previously, Mr. Stiss worked on developing war equipment for the IAI (Israeli Aircraft Industries). He is certified as an Electronics Technician and graduated with a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
